Bankers - part deux

So, having given Citibank the heave ho, I looked for another bank.

I called up Westpac, chat chat, half an hour later, job done, account opened. I can go to my nominated branch and they'll verify the ID and I'm in.

Citibank - watch and learn.

Yep, all sorted, just waiting for them to send me the bank card and then I'm away - woohoo!
