Adrian Mole

I've just read the Secret Diary of Adrian Mole age 13 and a bit. I thought it might be a witty review of teenage life.

I didn't find the writing funny and I didn't like Adrian Mole. He's got his head so far up his own arse. Who would like him? Is that the point??? Maybe it is. But I don't get that either. Surely in order to encourage you to read the next book there ought to be something in the first that makes you continue??
